So I hadn't anticipated Ewart ditching the corn rows and getting his afro back, but it has happened just days before my shoot with him... but make up artists are known for their improvisation right? If anything I am actually glad, I love his afro! Plus theres more to work and play with.
Although I have never worked with afro hair before so this will be a challenge, but I have decided that Ewart will be my high fashion look so it's all about cat walk, being done quickly yet effectively so this will make it easier for me as I am quite unsure how to work with his hair.
I found this image whilst googling and it is simple but effective, I think his afro is too perfect in the image above so like this image a tribal feel would come more from something more messed up.
